Davinci export issue

I'm exporting 1080 files from Davinci. The shots have alot of patio stringer lights in them. Sometimes the blown out parts of the light blink black for a few frames when rendering. This does show up in the QuickTime. I'm running latest version of Davinci lite.
1) why
2) how do I fix it

It sounds like you are using an ATI GPU and OS X 10.7.x, if so its a known GPU OS issue and an upgrade to 10.8.3 should work.
