Is there a particular order in which to daisychain thunderbolt devices for maximum effectiveness?

I've currently got a Macbook Pro > Apple Thunderbolt Display > Magma Chassis w/ RR > Pegasus R6 Raid > External Drive (or two depending)

I've read that the display doesn't affect speeds depending on the order, but is there a better place for the Rocket to be in the order?

PS: Does anyone have any recommendations on video cards that can placed in the Magma to increase my playback speeds along with the rocket for use in Premiere?

THANKS EVERYONE! you all are magnificent.

Put the display last, magma and raid 2nd and 3rd, drives should go after the raid or use USB3 if that's an option. Daisy chaining TB doesn't necessarily effect transfer speeds, but it does greatly effect latency and I/O.

Video cards aren't very effective over TB, should be ok when TB2 is out.

Currently, video cards don't even WORK over TB. There are a few companies working on it, to various degrees of success. But you won't just slap an NVidia GPU in your Magma and have it work. Currently, it won't do a damn thing.

i would use both TB ports, display last and probably on the same port as the pegasus, put the RR on the other port....add the other drives at the end (s) as you need them....

Video cards do work over TB, but only in windows bootcamp and the new Mac OS betas
