Definitely looks a lot cleaner and better balanced. The blacks have a velvety quality that is hard to describe. Very nice fall off into clean background without looking severely crushed.

Looking really cool, especially if you like flares (and I do, at least for certain types of shoots), which begs the question: What glass did you use, and am I right in assuming you didn´t add any streaks/flares in post?

Awesome. Cool outfits, etc. Fun stuff.

Can I offer 2c: if you are adding all of those Optical Flares filters, you need to track them with the footage. A lot of them looked pasted-on to me.

Thanks guys - Yea some were tracked, others not.. To my eye it looks great but everyone is different - We used Canon k35s for the shoot - Most of those flares were added on using some plugin filters - The k35s have a distinctive Reddish circular flare that crops up in a few frames here and there

Rick looks great man. Love the colors, love the texture. Fun shots. Good music.

Flares are definitely subjective. I like them here and there. As long as it's not overdone, it can be an effective aesthetic treat. I'm loving M-X. Big shoot tomorrow on M-X, can't wait.
