Currupt Mini MAG on WEAPON 8k Helium

Hello, So long story short, was shooting a commercial with WEAPON HELIUM yesterday 8k + 2k proxies, and received an error message saying that my mini mag was fragmented and had to remove. Ran the card through red undead and it retrieved the files along with the files from my previous shoot however..... the files from the commercial are not playing back. all i can think of is the proxy files are messing with it or something... any help would be greatly appreciated

Suggest you post as much diagnostic info as you can provide, e.g.,
which firmware, all settings on cam, which accessories attached, which
Mini-Mag, was Mini-Mag "secure formatted," how was cam powered, etc.

And also send a report to RED.

thx serge, very good points, I am sending in report.

had a WC vmount plate, dji follow focus, teradeck, 8k 8:1 redcode 2k prores proxies 512 (red new) mini mag, i do not believe the card was secure formatted. and i shoudl be more spesific We can see the first few frames of the takes, they are there. but the file structure seems all wacked out, as if its getting confused between the r3d and the .mov

also running new beta firmware v6.3.104

just totally sucks cuz the agency is now blaming the camera but i have had zero issues so far with this setup. its a holiday so i dont expect a reply from red but i was wondering if i send the card to them maybe they can help

if switching between jobs on cards that had just R3d only and now will be adding prores there needs to be a secure format done is what red says

If you see my thread "Forged Weapon Killing Mags on startup" or some such title, it has been a spotty and pervasive issue. Different expressions of mags being spontaneously corrupted. I hope your raw files are ok and only the proxies were corrupted.
