Current Value for Weapon 6K MG

Hi All - anyone up to date for current values of there weapon 6K MG's?

Debating selling, but unsure of what they are going for. Prices in the Marketplace are all over the place.

Mine has 123 hours of filming on it.

2 x 120GB SD
4.7" Monitor
Red Top Handle
Wooden Camera Top Plate
Canon Aluminum Mount
V-Mount Base Expander

Hey! Out of curiosity, why would you consider selling it? Are you moving to a completely different camera system entirely?

It’s gotta be no more than 15k tops considering a brand spanking new Gemini is 20k no?

Probably even less. Ultimately it’s worth exactly what you can get someone to give u for it. Lol

The way Red set the upgrade pricing kind of killed the value for everyone. If you go by their numbers (and I wouldn't recommend that) it is worth between 13-15k for the brain. We got 26.5k for our Weapon kit very recently but it included some 512gb, cabling, etc. I think our brain ended up being worth roughly 19k.

I think the market is in a race to the bottom and at a certain point it is up to sellers to help correct that.

Took a full-time video director gig and they have all of their own equipment. So currently it is just sitting on the shelf.
