I would guess that you qualify for Stage III. I suspect that sometime after 90 days from now, maybe sooner, you will get an e-mail from "RED" inviting you to participate in STAGE III. Stage III enables you to return your RED ONE to RED and receive a $10,500 credit towards the purchase of the EPIC-X package.

$17,500 credit, the $10,500 is what you will have to pay in addition to get the upgrade.
