so. i am now at the point in my first test. (i have yet to purchase the program, just running through it first).....

i have exported the redcine.xml file to a spot i chose on an external drive connected to my mac.

opened redcine. imported the intermediate files fine into redcine. then i went to 'open' the file crimson created called 'Crimson_Test_01_telecine.xml' and redcine seems to try and do something but then a message comes up that says 'failed to load construct'.

what's the good word? thanks.

btw, also posted this on the crimson forum, but figured i would put it here too in case others are having the same issue......

Skip,

I doubt Jarred wants a million Crimson question threads on his forum. So it's probably better to post on the Crimson help forum here:
http://www.crimsonworkflow.com/forum

There is a trouble shooting section for that particular problem in the current documentation here:
http://www.redhax.net/wiki/Crimson_Workflow#Troubleshooting_Cowboy_Intermediates

Cheers,
