Crimson Exporting roundtrip xml as Color doc.

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum, so I apologize if this thread should have gone somewhere else.

I'm trying to use Crimson's roundtrip function to get my redcine rendered footage back into final cut, but for some reason crimson is exporting the roundtrip xml as a color document. I'm fairly certain I'm following the video on the crimson site to a tee, but in the video the xml is a final cut doc.

Has anybody experienced this?

Also, the person who guided me through the RED finishing process recommended that I select the "add one frame for final cut" radio button before generating the telecine xml. Was that good advice?

The XML doc is not a "Color" doc per se, but it will import into either FCP or Color. Don't worry about what icon the mac displays. And don't double click it, just import it from within FCP. It's just a text file.
