Creamsource from Outsight. Has anybody used it?

I recently found out about the Creamsource unit form Outsight in this forum but can't find any reviews or opinions about it. Also they say that Dedo is bringing it in Europe but i couldn't find anything in Dedodlight's site.

If anyone here has used this light can you share some opinions about it? Also, what's the price tag on them?

For anyone coming to Cine Gear in LA this week, we'll have a Creamsource in the Abel Cine Tech booth. In the short time since we have introduced the Creamsource lights to the US market, the response has been extremely positive. Reality and entertainment/news shows in particular are interested in the light as an outdoor lighting instrument. The Creamsource has already worked on a number of feature productions as well. And yes, Dedo does sell the light in Europe.

I have used this light and its a fantastic instrument. Well thought out and I love the Electronic controls. The future of lighting is smart lights. It has a real punch making it useful even for daylight fill if used close. Well worth checking out.

I am looking forward to a technological revolution in lighting. Apart from fluorescent lights little has changed in the core technology of Cine lighting since the advent of HMI.

Expensive but thats what quality costs and good lighting gear is as important as good camera gear.

I have one and it's fantastic! Once you start using it you realise how well it's made and more importantly how well it works. They are expensive but as Tom says 'good lighting gear is as important as good camera gear'.
