CRASH!

I've just downloaded red cine X vs42 from the site today. working with 2K or 4K origination footage on my HP quad corfe laptop. Hey this is great until I output... then CRASH on everything but Tiff out... no quicktime... going out to 1080'1920 qt runs for a moment then crashes every time... guess windows vista extreme will not find out why either??? any clue?????

So I have used curves or not color corrected or not used short clips reloaded quicktime. I did a abuncha tiff files ok but it will not render out more than 20% of my time line before it crashes. I tried 1080 720made no difference. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong??????

Hi TJ, I was able to render quicktimes when I went into the settings and selected MPEG-4 instead of h.264 as the codec.
