What company do you use when you need to send your cameras back to Red for repairs, etc?
I have phoned every courier company I can think of (inc. DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce, etc).
Several won't collect unless you open an account with them. And to open an account you have to be shipping 5 items per week!
Others will collect, but only provide around £60 insurance cover. Which is not sensible for a £20k camera.
FedEx cover is £60.
ParcelForce cover up to £2,500.
