Corrupted Pro res file on Komodo

Hello,

Só i have a brand new komodo and this happens to me some days ago.

A lot of files are corrupted, i cant playback files on camera even the good ones.

I was with the latest firmware, shooting pro res 422 4k 16:9 and 6k 16:9

The card is an Angelbird 512gb AV PRO 560mbs

I already downgrade the firmware and everything is more fast now.

Any free ideas to recovery the files ?

There have been reported error messages that can come up with 2K ProRes but I never saw repeated corrupt clips like you’re showing.
You would be best to contact RED SUPPORT.

Has the prores bug been fixed in 1.8.4 beta? I would like to try prores on the Komodo but I'm a bit hesitant...

RED had yet to release an update regarding these current issues with Pro Res so you might be cautious.

I can say the older firmware 1.7.5 is solid as I have been shooting Pro Res with that version for almost 2 years including yesterday with no issues.

Yes it can be done even if on the newer 1.8.3 or 1.8.4 beta.
