Corrupted-looking frame during in-camera playback?

Anyone else seeing this kind of weirdness in playback on the Scarlet-W? This is a phone snapshot of the 4.7" LCD. The file is fine once off the camera, but this large artifact is always on the same frame when played back on camera. Very strange.

Surprisingly, I just got something similar on my Epic Dragon today while playing footage back on camera. Last time I saw a corrupted frame was on my Scarlet years ago so a little worried since my RED armor expired a few months back.
 
I once saw something similiar on my weapon probably 6 months ago. It would show on the same frame every time playing in the camera but not in Redcine and the footage went to air no problems. I posted at the time and others reported the same.

At a guess maybe they're is a small error in the file that the camera cannot correct but the playback software can sort it out. I only spot check the files in camera but I have never seen it again. Disconcerting yes. Problem no.

I've also been having some siniliar weirdness. In camera, the thumbnails are pink, distorted and glitchy, but the files play fine in RCX.

Anyone else experienced something similiar?
