Corrupt frames

Started shooting on my Gemini a couple of weeks ago and have had several corrupt frames as show in the pictures.

Our setup is

Red components
Gemini, I/O V-lock base expander, DSMC 2 Lemo B adaptor, Titanium PL mount, Red 18-85, 120GB SSD's
Non red components
Axis focus controller
Vaxis 800 wireless video sender
Sound devices Ultra Sync timecode box
Hawk-woods VL-RMB plate

Everything is powered off the VL-RMB plate

We're on the latest firmware

Has anyone experienced this issue previously?

Is this off the redmag or off of a working drive?

If not, check the original files/original media and see if the same corruption is on there.

Yes, follow Mike's suggestion. This has happened before to me when copying to a secondary drive. Can't remember the exact cause....

This is from the edit. We upload directly from the card to the edit server and make a verified backup copy separately with Hedge. We don't get the opportunity to review the mag directly due to our turnaround time.

UPDATE:

Seems Mike's thoughts may be on the money.... we upload our rushes directly from set to the post house and make a verified copy on set to keep. It seems that our version we keep is clean of the error & post's copy has the corrupted frames. SOOOOO glad we kept our own copy or I'd have been chasing a camera fault that didn't exist. Thanks for the help.
