Copters - Recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid copter to carry my scarlet up? I'm not looking for a kit - I don't trust myself putting it together correctly and the last thing I would need is to wreck my camera and copter. Any copters you guys are using that can support the weight? I have a DJI P3P and well... I don't think it's going to give me anywhere near what I need quality wise. It's fun to play with, but I cant have changing exposures while it adjusts and there's not much you can add to it such as graduated ND.... Any thoughts or links will be appreciated! Oh... and price wise.. anything under 15K?

For less than $15K what about picking up something like an A7s to pair with a DJI Spreading Wings setup? It'll give you a solid platform with a good little b-cam.
