COOKE SERIES II 50mm AND 70mm LENSES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST.

A friend and colleague who once had a complete set of lenses for a 35BL which he sold some 25 years ago had two Cooke lenses which did not go with the camera as they are ARRI standard mount and difficult to operate. They ay be candidates for a TLS or P+S Technik assessment for rehousing but the elements would need polishing and recoating. The last time I used them was in 2012. Both lenses were flarey into strong light. The front element of the 75mm has some small scratchmarks from cleaning and the signature thorium yellow cast which would have to be bleached out with UV light treatment.
