Cooke Lenses and the 5k frame

[benedictspence]

Hey all,

Anyone tested S4's and S5's with the Epic. I've head that the coverege on the S4's isn't quite enough, but I'm hoping that the S5's are fine.

Anyone?

Ta!

I have the 20-100 and it doesn't cover 5k. There's vignetting around the edges all the way through.

I read that the Panchros cover the Epic full frame at 5K.

I think that the S5 and S4 don't cover at the wide end, like 18mm and wider. Timur Civan posted on that somewhere on RedUser.

Hi Charlie,

Yeah I've got a 20-100 too. Barely covers 4k!

Thinking about S5's and I wanted to check they were safe with the Epic.

BTW thanks for the Epic on the job I was on last friday- worked a treat!

they don't cover until you get to about the 40mm... I believe
