Converting creative luts for SW and IPP2 32x32x32 LUTs to 17x17x17

Hi All

We've been trying to find the best workflow for converting some of our creative lut collections from 32x32x32 format into 17x17x17 to use them for preview in our Scarlet W. We've also haven't been able to find the full collection of IPP2 luts in 17x17x17 format (not the original 4 luts, but the full collection with 'Low-Medium-High' Output Tone Maps and 'Very Soft-Hard' Highlight Roll-Off).

What are you guys using to convert luts (those of you shooting on SW or for whatever other reason) and in which direction should we look in to learn about it? Would love to get both the full IPP2 lut collection and some of our favourite creative luts in camera so we can bake them in to our ProRes files with the new beta FW, when we finally install it.

Although it has a cost, LightSpace CMS now has Camera Options that are very accurate for RED (and other) cameras, as well as LUT conversion capabilities, calibration, Look management, etc.
