Hey Guys,

Im using Premiere CS6 and all files are r3d. I shot at 23.976 and am working in a 23.976 timeline. I also shot some stuff at 30 and 60 flips with the intent of converting to 23.976 to slow it down. Can I do this directly in Premiere? Ive tried modify>interpret footage, but it looks like crap.

If not, what is the best way to achieve this?

When you say it looks like crap, what do you mean? There is no need to convert the footage.... That is when it looks like crap. It's simply telling the NLE to conform the frame rate of the clip to the timelines frame rate. That's what you did right?
