Hehe. That light was an accident. I had my 5D2 on my old moco dolly, firing off static test shots. I turned on a little camping lantern and my LED headlamp while I was adjusting the legs on my tripods.... and the light spilled onto the tree for a couple of frames. It was only later, when I was processing the timelapse, that I noticed the tree was lit in that frame.

I think I remember that tree (on several other trips)...I think I remember also sleeping in my car (while you were sleeping on a cot outside your's)...at about 0 degrees (C) or close.

but...

while the pain is fleeting...
