We shot a bunch of stuff with build 15, nothing irreplaceable, but it was still good footage.

I have one card that we tried to download twice. Each time it crapped out at the same point with a 'failed to read/write sector' error. Now the card won't mount on any computer.

BUT, when we put it back in the camera, we can see every clip in playback. We even shot an extra shot at the end (card wasnt full) to see if it would fix the problem. Still will play on the camera, still won't mount on the computer.

Any advice?

Can you send it to our Tech Support group John? We'd like to understand what happened - we'll send you a replacement.

I was able to get the footage with our newest mac pro tower at the studio today. I guess problem solved for the time being. We were shooting at a pretty high framerate, so maybe that had something to do with it.

I see from another post that you are using a FW400 reader. I would not doubt that you were just asking too much of the 400. Using an 800 would be optimal
