Compression setting R3D to Quicktime 1920 x 1080

Guys

I know this is basic for many but just need to confirm export QT compression settings for over cranked R3D files (5K-90fps.)
Timebase was 23.98(RED setting) and output is 1920 x 1080. After doing this laborious process and footage was pixelated in FCP 7 I went back into RED Cine X and noticed output compression setting in Motion tab as 12fps. Not sure how it got there. Keyframes set to 24 and compressor quality set to Medium.

Should this be exported at 23.98? Are remaining settings correct?

Your compression type is set to "Video". I suggest you should use one of the flavours of ProRes for FCP7.
