Commercial Cinematography Series: An in depth look at a TVC

Hi Redusers,

Last year I shot a commercial on the Epic and Arri Master Primes. I had the opportunity to document everything I did.
Pre-pro, location scouts, gear choices, Tech scouts, lighting set ups, production, and post production.

One post turned in to 12 posts and the first three are now live on the website: wanderingdp.com

I also have 5 videos breaking down the different scenes, how we shot them, lens choice, lights used and why, and a whole lot more.

Those will all be out at the end of the week.

Thank you so much for doing this, Patrick! I thoroughly enjoyed reading your first posts and can't wait for the next round of posts going more into detail regarding the actual production. For me, it's always interesting to see how different cinematographers work and how they transitioned from short films and music videos to commercials.
