Wow, did anyone attend this screening at Comicon? Supposedly a lost Blaxploitation Star Wars film was discovered?? Or maybe its a teaser for one coming out ala Black Dynamite? Hard to tell with the iphone video... did anyone attend this ?? Found this phone video of the screening on youtube/facebook

EDIT: Fixed Link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDYqrI1zVlU&feature=player_embedded

oops, link doesnt work!

Fixed the link and also found this doc? Claiming Fox originally licensed this about the same time as the disastrous Star Wars Holiday Special, right before Lucas acquired all the rights to make Empire Strikes Back... interesting for sure as Dave Walker is an expert on blaxploitation movies...

I also found this article from Comicon: http://geeksofdoom.com/2010/07/12/b...entary-seeks-to-uncover-black-star-wars-film/

which has all 3 documentaries on the subject...
