Looks good James. I applied it to a host of skin tones. Some would require a bit of work.
Am I correct in my understanding that RG3 is primarily for on set monitoring/ dailies.

I wouldn't say so. It can also be a very nice starting point for a grade, if you like it. Of course it's still a viable option to go into grading with REDlogFilm, but as long as your grading system is native, it doesn't matter anyway – just a question of your personal taste.

Agreed, RC3 is a great starting place. Can't wait for CS5.5 to support it!
