  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Colored lights for chroma keying?

I have used green Kinos on a job before. Although not necessary they do make for some really easy keys. Although, you need to be very careful with this. Any light spill onto your subject or anything else you may not want keyed can cause all kinds of problems.

Edit: Bob beat me to it.

The chroma green Kino's are very efficient when used on green screen. On the background one tube does the work of four daylights.
You'll get a very precise key with them.

Getting a greenscreen lit in an office space is not too hard. Getting the room to sound good for dialogue will be the biggest challenge.
