  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Colorado RED?

Hi Ken... Welcome aboard... I looked at your site... I've used Jeff Deel for sound on a few shoots up in Denver... you probably know Jon Firestone then as well?

I read your posts all the time. I feel like I already know you guys! Yup. I do know Jon, #232. I met Jeff Deel and worked with him when he was just a pup. He's come a LONG way since then. He does some good work.

It will be great to have fellow Red users nearby. We should get together sometime.

Colorado Red;

We will be throwing a Big Red unveiling at 42 Productions in July. When we have a more definitve delivery date, I will make sure you all get to come and play with the first CO Reds ahead of the Sony unbelievers. ;-)

Back in January when I saw your two RED reservation forms all framed up on the wall in your lobby, I had that warm fuzzy feeling and knew I had walked into a friendly place...

Mammoth HD Footage Library (based in Evergreen)

Although Mammoth HD - hasn't ordered our RED yet, we will be later this year. But we are adding the infastructure for RED 4K as Mammoth HD should be the 1st stock footage agency with RED footage... with Steve Gibby sending material from REDOne#8 and our other RED talent... will be adding material as their cameras are delivered... including #'s 17, 296, 324, 392, 393, 700, 1394 and about a dozen others so far..... really looking forward to expanding the MHD library with RED 4K footage.....
 
hi pete: can you add me to your party list when you unveil your shiny new REDS? i'm hoping to have lots of reasons to rent your HD theater once my own cams arrive. i'd love to have a tour, if that's possible, with an eye towards future rentals, possibly for the DVD release party that we hope to be throwing in the fall. it sounds very nice.

Jerry here from the Colorado Film School... ours arrives in January don't know the number... but it's higher than I want it to be!

When someone gets one, I want them to let me know for sure. I'd love to show it and talk about it at the Denver Final Cut user's group... good press for all I'd think.

Been a while Colorado RED folks- still out there? SOUND OFF!!!

We appear to be on track for release VERY soon (can we say days?) Look forward to reporting on what we are up to soon and we should all be in touch.

Yeah, I'm excited for you guys. Looks like we have a bit of a delay now, but should be worth it.
 
Yea, bit of a delay but sounds well worth it. We've got some fun projects lined-up, more on that later.

And yes- GO ROCKIES!!!
