Color loading wrong clip segments?

So I ran into an odd error today. One of the clips in my sequence won't load correctly into Color. The clip exists in the timeline, and even references the correct file, but rather than using the correct in & out points, Color just shows the beginning of the shot, rather than the segment midway through that it's supposed to.

If that wasn't weird enough, when I try to play back or render the clip, Color will only show me (or render) the first frame.

Anyone got any ideas?

What version of Color are you using? You can use the "looping bug" fix in Clipfinder to solve this problem.

I'm using Color 1.5. I tried running the the looping fix, without any success.

I saw Matthew's thread, and considered that as the problem. But I haven't regenerated any quicktimes. I'll try rebuilding them with an older RA/Clipfinder and see if it fixes anything.

If the clips are from a camera pre-B20 and you somehow looked at them in RA and played around (even without regenerating quicktimes), then they will show those symptoms. Just regenerate QTs with the older RA version and tick edgecode as said before.

Yeah, rebuilding the quicktimes worked. Odd, I don't remember looking at that particular file in RA, and there's no evidence I have (No RSX). But as long as it solves the problem, I'm ok.

Now all I need is a new Color plugin, so I don't have to use RA for the new color science...
