  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Argg. That's what taking the kids out skiing gets you. Late to the party. I was looking at the trial download just before I went out, and this is posted in the mean time.
Anyway, can't win every time. It looks very promising. Looking forward to try it out

I actually downloaded the trial and did not read this post correctly, no one had replied! Argghhh moron! Anyway, the footage looks amazing, beautiful image. This is a very welcome addition when there is no time to go to resolve!
 
Liked the edit, lot of great examples. I wouldn't mind a few more "informative" shots in there though

Thanks man...yea the edit is the tease. There is an in-depth demo on the site which does a walk-thru of what the plugin is actually capable of.
 
Ok. I got a link to the download website earlier, but I didn't see the demo.
I will head over now and check it out.
Does this plugin add any thing other than a different interface?

The demo is right on the main page. Yes, the plugin adds Vectors, Curves, 3 way color wheels, and LUT integration.

Watched the demo. Looks great. Will definitely get this. I have the LUT utility already and was very happy with that.
Very handy for my b-cam, the FS7

Someone needs to make a plugin that allows you to have dual windows in fcpx specifically for grading. I.e. so I can view a graded shot from the start of a scene and make sure a shot from further into the scene is matched as well. View them both at the same time. That is the single biggest thing missing that makes grading in fcpx difficult. Or fcpx needs to do that itself.

i do know that a lot of plugin companies do what they can within the interface, but I think apple regulates what they can and can't mess with. That's why a good chunk of CC plugins open up an entirely different interface. I agree though, it would be pretty cool to have that, though you could always copy and paste the effect.
