I have been using an X-Rite Passport recently because I found my reds were more orange than red on several Sony cams. However, I will need to invest in a larger chart for wide shots.
At this point I wonder if anyone has any feedback about X-Rite Color Checker and Video Checkers vs Datacolor SypderCheckr 24 vs DSC Oneshot.
I am an experienced colorist as well, so very aware that these charts only help to serve as a starting pointing, but it's good to have them to call up when necessary.
I know the DSC Oneshot was designed ground up by Art Adams for Vectorscopes, but manually correcting for that can be very time consuming and I have seen reports that it is not any more accurate than the old trusty X-Rite for things like the Davinci Resolve Color Match. Very curious to have feedback on the Oneshot though.
