COLOR and AJA KONA 3 +TV logic problem

I use mac with AJA kona 3 card with 2 apple cinema monitors connected to Nvidia 8800 card. I got also KoNA 3 card and external "broadcast" monitor TV logic. I try to connect AJA kona 3 via SDI with TV logic and use it as external monitor view in COLOR, but it does not work . I have switched on monitoring option in Color, it looks like there is some problem with configuration in Kona 3. On TV logic i have error- no video signal...
Anyone has any idea what it could be?

What res are you working at and fps ? ie 1920x1080 25fps ?

Make sure that the signal in the Control Panel for the Kona 3 is set to the same signal as the output setting in Color.

I agree. AJA will get you through this. They've gone out of their way to take care of me in the past couple of days. Very cool company. As is CalDigit.
