I still recognize the loop bug with Color 1.5 when the timeline was sent from FCP7. Clipfinder's fix loop bug function didn't work on the project file made with Color 1.5. Maybe we shouldn't pick on too much since we should be using the new FCS installer from RED to use with FCS3 when it's available. But the retiming works nicely from FCP7 to Color 1.5.

I updated to FCS3 installer, then I see some clips don't playback on Color, not quite same as the loop bug but I can call this still bug.

That's funny, i'm getting fine renders using the color fixer on projects sent from fcp7.0 to color1.5, and color projects sent from v6 to colorv1 are updating fine as long as the color fixer was used on the original v1 project (everything except my pan & scan keyframes)

Thom, thanks for sharing your experiences, I did find that worked on another machine, so I'm finding why not working on this machine. Do you have RED QT codec 3.7 or 3.8?

i believe 3.8, i try to stay up-to-date, is there a way to check it?;
also are you using the "fix looping bug utility" within the tools menu of clipfinder, or the standalone color fixer app that hans put out, b/c i've been running the standalone app; i don't know why it would make much of a difference as i think he just put the old code into the new builds of clipfinder, but that's what's been working for me.

I have the same problem and nothing helps. Color 1.5.1 under 10.5.8

I think something has changed how the new FCS handles the xml. You can try this (if you have a proxy timeline in fcp)
http://www.esperimentocinema.com/journal/2009/11/10/fcp-7-xml-into-premiere.html
Follow as step 7 then Import the new Xml into Color, quit Color, apply the looping bug fixer (I use the one in Clipfinder), reopen Color project.
Or try this http://www.michaelcinquin.com/tools/color/repair_the_r3d_looping_bug

Nothing helped. I'm going to check today the old redalert to regenerate reference quicktimes like in this thread and check if I have this issue http://www.reduser.net/forum/showpost.php?p=463648&postcount=17
