Hi there,

Using:
Clipfinder 2.2 beta 7
OS 10.5.6
On 8 core mac
Build 20.1.3#20 RED clips

I can't save a clipfinder project. All is seems to be working. I can color correct and render out files, but when trying to save the project it give me an ambiguous "An Error Occured While Saving" message. It doesn't matter how I label it, where I try to save it, rebooting, trying again, less clips- etc... no dice.

Any thoughts on this?

Yeah, sorry.
This is a problem that crept in when I tried Apple's Autosave (which does not work with CoreData as it turns out).
Try creating a new document (CMD-N), then save it immediately.
After that, saving should be ok for this document.
I'll try to post a fix as soon as I can.

Cheers,
Hans

I have better luck when I save it right away. I only get that message when I wait. Sometimes it will try to autosave and when the error message comes up, the clips all fly away?

hans when can we get out hands on the new Clipfinder with redrocket support?

Even easier, I just never save a clipfinder file. All the work you've done exists in the .Mov files so just re-import again. Not ideal but it got me around some hairy stuff on set!
