clipfinder wont render

have been using clipfinder on my old white imac for a while without a problem ,infact never had an issue,now with my new imac with the quadcore i7 processor clipfinder will open but cannot get it to render any of my r3d files I have tried with both the released version and the beta version without luck, I also cannot get red alert to render either. Any thoughts would be great.

The most likely cause of this kind of problem is that you have not installed the ProRes codecs.
As a quick test, try rendering to H.264, TIFF or DPX (these do not require additional codecs).
If that works, everything else is ok, but you need to install the ProRes (and/or Avid) codecs.

I cant render either. like there is no place to press render...

I have everything installed. fcp studio....

Did rendering ever work for you ?
If you are new to Clipfinder, try CMD-G or the integrated Help Pages (CMD-?).
If the problem persists, mail me. My mail address is in the Help Pages.

Problem solved clipfinder works just fine in h264,thanks so much for the instant response Hans-Georg.

yes clipfinder used to work. Then with b21... 4.5k material- no more.
