Clean install of RedCine-X?

At some point I knew the answer to this question, but now I can't remember, so thanks in advance for a refresher course.

What are and where does one find all the various components of RedCine-X? I'm having dumb problems (corrupted files, application and systemic crashes, and RedCine not even really trying to render things before it reports them finished) that I imagine would be cleared up with a clean install, but since all the settings hold when I reinstall the application, there is clearly something(s) I'm missing.

Settings are stored in a single directory:
on Mac, /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/red/RedCineX
on Windows, {user home directory}\Local Settings\Application Data\red\RedCineX

You can remove the entire directory to start fresh.
