Download the Mac beta now at www.avocoda.com/cineXML/

(Beta for Windows Vista coming next week)

cineXML - The Avid workflow made easy.

The cineXML advantage
Any multi-layer sequence with speed ramps, effects or dissolves is supported. Just render the used media, import and relink. It's that simple.

cineXML for Avid online.
Translate from Avid XML to Redcine XML.
Render high resolution Quicktimes in Redcine of just the used footage (with optional handles).
A corresponding ALE is generated from cineXML for easy batch import. Relink after the batch import and you're done.

cineXML for DPX finish.
Translate from Avid XML to Redcine XML.
Render DPX sequences for professional 2K or 4K finishing.

Note: Redcine inserts the reel name in the DPX header. (A001 instead of the full filename A001_C001_0101AA).
For RedRushes and Redcine XSLT this shorter reel is standard practice but for Metacheater workflows you need to truncate the reel to be able to relink in Avid DS or other DPX finishing systems.

Excellent and congrats! Loking forward to playing with it.

Michael

The public beta for the Windows version has been slightly delayed due to difference in behaviour for symlinks in OSX vs Vista.
Send a beta request to beta@avocoda.com. Then we will send you an email when the public beta for Windows is released.

The beta for the Mac version is still available at www.avocoda.com/cineXML. We will probably change some of the exported files in an upcoming version to reflect the changes we made on Windows.
