Typical.... Attacking me and not denying that I speak the truth.
First and foremost you never look like an idiot or strange person when you tell the truth. I felt compelled to post after Jason provided advice on adjusting a copy of my product that could potentially damage a customer's camera.
I can't agree more with your assertion that the forum is not a place to make false slanderous remarks about a vendor. If you didn't post the below lies about me I would never have frequented this forum.

Jason got screwed by a real Jerk. His Ex-Partner up and pulled out on him with little or no warning. Then accused him of stealing from the partnership ( which he has since retracted) then held over 20 carbonite scopes hostage and tried to blackmail Jason for them by charging $1000 a piece. This was after WE BEGGED him to keep his promise to the customers and ship the scopes out. The guy promised in an email, and then one week later changed his tune, and tried to gouge poor Jason $1000 a piece or not sent them.
I have kept my mouth shut up to now, but asked Jason if I could say a little. I want you all to know this was not something Jason did wrong, or that he was being dishonest. We ALL work with the wrong people every once in a while and it's tough. This all happened to him RIGHT BEFORE NAB.. He held that party, and kept his head up all the while he was SHELL-Shocked.

This is not the company that made the scopes for Jason. This is the company that TOOK the designs and scopes from Jason, and is now attempting to sell them under the table.
This guy makes BICYCLE PARTS for a living. He would not know an EPIC or SCARLET camera if it bit him in the ass. See the BICYCLE PARTS sentence and read it again. I doubt this moron can SPELL the work EPIC let alone make something for it.
He has no way to offer support for this product. He has no way to TEST the product. You can not call Jason for support cause Jason has nothing to do with this except that the product was stolen from him.
The industry holds people to a higher standard, and this bozo does not measure up.

Speaking of attorneys.... A legal case against Jason is certainly a possibility in the near future.....

I respect Frazier's opinion. So long as Munch no longer sells a single thing from Cinema Oxide. If he does, then he's a thief. But if those two work out their differences, and then go back into business with each other's blessing, then I am perfectly cool.
