  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Cinegears Wireless Fingerwheel Group BUY!

Received my controller the other day and used it on a shoot yesterday....Brilliant addition for use with gimbals!

If memory serves me correctly, you can adjust it Matt. I don't have the link on hand, but it can be loosened. There's a screw down inside the very center of the fingerwheel (actual knob). It's covered by a small little flap thing. Remove that then loosen the screw.
 
I'm sorry to come here to say that, but my kit was missing the big knob (+ the gear re-locator and the indicator plate) and I'm still waiting for it.

Just to be clear, the unit is perfect and works beautifully. But I have take the big pack (Extreme Motor, fingerwheel controller + big knob) to take full advantage of the system (use on my Ronin AND have the capacity to give the controller with the big know to an focus puller).

I received the package one month ago. I have sent an email the day after about the missing item. I have a response the same day with apologies and I've been told that I was going to get my missing item soon and that they would sent me a tracking email. Two weeks later nothing. Three weeks later nothing (And I have sent an email at each time, info@diyfilmtool.com and Steven from Cinegears). Now it's been one month.

I don't know what to do now, I just want some words from Cinegears!

Im sorry you still haven't received the missing parts. Steven, can you resolve this asap please? (I texted Steve too)

I just checked your order information, found that you selected the option of "make a full kit".
If there is any accessories missing, I guess it was because the option is later added so the shipping department got muddled up.

However, I can ship them to you in the next shipping asap, please confirm with me about address and other details.

Does this controller work with other brands motors/receivers?
