  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi Steven, this indicates that there will be a discount on motors and start/stop triggers when ordered with the finger wheel, but when trying no discount is applied. How is this going to work? Thx, Scott

Just curious about two things, the motor discount and the zoom rocker what's the discount on the motor? Is the zoom rocker something you replace the wheel with or its a whole different unit.? It would be amazing to have something like the Gzoom for gimbal mounted Steadicam operation Of Both focus and zoom. It's a bit like rubbing your stomach and patting your head at the same time but you get used to it. http://www.g-zoom.com if I tried to mount two of these espresso's on my gimbal it might be a bit cumbersome.... Maybe not I have bigger hands.
 
Only the discount is being applied for the finger wheel, no further discount is being applied for the kit, so I cannot place the order yet. Also, the way the system is figuring shipping and tax at this moment is different than the way the system was figuring it this morning, so more confusion.

I know they are working at getting it fixed for those of you ordering a complete wireless follow focus system and not just the fingerwheel. Please be patient. Code is good for a week, and please don't share it with anyone.

Yes, I am confused. You can go to their site now and pull up a sale price of $899 for the remote, but if you go to the link posted here, the price of the remote is $929. So two different prices are being pulled up. Also, I admit I may be wrong, but I remember possibly in error the kit upgrade as being $1100 this morning, and now it pulls up as $1190. But the two prices on the remote at different places on the website at the moment is not my imagination.

Thanks Steven. I just place and pay my order, it was $2204 : Full kit bundle with Extreme Wireless Motor with international shipping. I was thinking there would be a discount for the motor option too, like Galen says, but it seems I may be wrong.

Hi Guillaume/Galen,

I will make this a little more clear, the promotion we are running provide really good deal.you can save someon shipping as well.

1) If you purchase the espresso with a standard motor, we will make a basic kit for you which contains almost all the motor accessories and wires, including USB cable, power cable, brackets...
Which means that, with the discount on price/shipping cost, you can get a basic Espresso wireless follow focus kit at something very acceptable.

2) We also provide the option of Espresso full kit, which I believe is $the best deal(after applying discount coupn), including standard motor, espresso knob, focus indicator, full size screw, black velcro and all the accessories mentioned previously.

Sometimes the final price seems to be higher due to the customization, for example, some customers would like to add some personal accessories or additional wires. However, we have been trying our best to provide everyone with the best deal :D Hope you guys will be happy.

BTW, this makes the 4th Cinegears system I've purchased...2 for my rental company, Braincell...and 2 for Compass College, where I teach.
