Double sided Chrosziel Follow Focus # 203-01. 15mm rod based. Comes with operator side dial, speed crank, marking disk, focus gear (pitched .8, Zeiss etc.). In great condition- has some wear from normal usage- in perfect working order. B and H sells new for $3700. Asking $2500. Located in Los Angeles. Thanks.

Do you have an idea what it would cost to convert to 19mm rods?

Hey Gunleik,

I didn't know they had such a thing. Where is it on the website? (I don't see it in the Red Store).

And there you have it- several options.

Although I do not like the adjustable option. You are asking for trouble in the rental world with that one. A fixed adapter would be my preference since there is no reason for adjusting if it is set to spec. And I am not endorsing the quality of the ebay one from India. Only put it up because I saw it there while searching. I am sure the one from Abel Cinetech will be much better made and to exact spec.

Thanks Steve. I should point out that the unit from India that Steve pointed out is a copy (an exact copy!) of the Chrosziel version. We like our design for a number of reasons but if you buy the one that does the job that you need, then more power to you.

I've bought some of the Indian knock offs before and they use vastly inferior materials. The good thing is you literally can re-shape their gear with your hands. Think of it as a cross between 6061 and playdough.

As mentioned PLEASE do not buy ANY of that Indian crap... We made the mistake before with them. It's ALL JUNK. You get what you pay for has never been more correct in this case.

Maybe you guys should start a thread about it?

All their items are knock-off's. Did you see their Flycam 3000 pro. Looks like a Glidecam 2000 pro to me except that you can bend and shape it like Tim mentioned. How original. Must be great for balancing.
