Recently DP’d this for my friend who wrote and directed it Christopher Aumen! Shot on a Red Gemini and Sigma 18-35 and 50mm cine lenses! Really love this camera!

Very nice. Can you share something about the interior lighting? I thought it looked great.

Thanks a bunch! Absolutely. Currently waiting on some BTS pictures. For the recent interior scene (older astronaut), we used an M18 outdoors and diffused that a little and then kept it going through the sheers!

For the Christmas scene (young girl writing note), that was a falcon eyes light above her and camera left a little bit! Bring up her far side a little to amplify what the tree was doing.

In regards to the 90's basement scene, that was lit with an aputure 300D bounced off an 8x8 of claycoat and then diffused through an 8x8 of 1/4 grid I believe!

Very nice. You achieved a lot of variety with light, in the various interiors, the car and including the twilight exteriors. The different lighting draws you in on the scene changes and helps with pace. I thought you might have had a gag on the light when the young her was watching TV. I also liked that frame of the daughter on the couch, with grown NASA Mom going to talk to her with the glass door in the foreground and the reflection of the tree.

Beautiful story that's beautifully told. It just goes to show, you can have the best camera in the world, but you still need to know how to use it. Every shot was the right shot for the story. Well done!

Really appreciate the kind words! Chris Aumen the Director and writer is really trying to push his craft constantly.

Really liked the shot 39 seconds. Well done! Thanks for sharing.
