Hey I have a shoot that requires morphs between locations and I need to align the actor as accurately between locations as possible so I would like to buy the cheapest possible monitor where I can grab frames or load jpgs and overlay in the viewer to line them up. Any recommendations?

I would personally just take a screenshot of the previous footage, resize it in Photoshop to the size of your actual screen dimensions and have it printed it in 300dpi on transparent foil. Then you can just tape it in front of your screen for referance. Would cost you a lot less, unless you use this feature constantly and will need it on the fly. But just throwing around ideas. :)

This is great to know. I was looking for this on my Flanders the other day and couldn't find it but should have looked on my 702!

You could also try DragonFrame Stop Motion Software with a BlackMagic Design Thunderbolt Capture Card on a laptop.

The software has THE BEST Onion Skinning I've seen anywhere.
