Hi,

I have a bounch of sony V-lock battery, S8080s , 14.4V 88WH
Do they work with Epic? Is it safe to try if is does?

Thanks
Peter

Most smaller 'n cheapish V-Locks (especially when smaller than 100Whr) have a safety cap to the max current draw (usually around 4A),
but you can find newer models (like the 95Whr for RED from GMP) which works with DSMC bodies.

Bérenger, I don't think the plate is responsible for that cap...if you try with IDX Endura HL9 batts for example...they just works (and are top notch as always...)! ;)
