A filmmaker friend and I are looking for a few more creative types to join our office space beginning on June 1. It's a large 600 square foot office with lots of natural light and 14' ceilings. Rent is $300/month plus a couple bucks for electricity. First and last month’s rent required for move in.
It's really quite a good deal for Brooklyn! Our office is on the 5th floor of a large industrial building. The other tenants in the building are a combination of artists, creative companies and heavy industry.
Other perks: roof access with great views of Manhattan, freight elevators, large loading dock, 24/7 security. Great space for small photo/video shoots.
