Do you know who sells a 15mm to 19mm adaptor; will it work with these handles or is there not enough of a grip?

i've never used them on 15mm with an adaptor, but know a lot of companies make them. cant say if they would work well on a 15mm w/ an rod adaptor, may be easier to go with a native 15 grip.
