Charging Redmote

Hi,
i`ve got a redmote and when i want to charge it it`s always turning on.
I tried via PC and USB and a USB Loader on plug socket.
Even if i turn it off it`s turning back on.
What`s wrong?

To charge it turns on. It doesn't charge without being turned on.

ok but i think the loading bar is not changing. It`s always on the last bit blinking. I`ve waited over an hour.
Mayby i`ll try again.

In my experience it can take quite a while to charge a REDmote completely (several hours).

Yeah takes forever to charge.

Not only that I have found a few USB cables that dont work with it.

For some reason mine only charges on a specific cable to my Maya Dell PC.

Same cable on anything else wont charge

The problem was the cable like Eric said.
I changed the cable and now it works. It took about 6-7 hours

I agree with Eric, not all USB cables will charge the RedMote

In my experience the fastest way to charge it is beeing attached to the Brian of the camera

But, if I am not mistaken, it will not charge unless the camera is on. Probably be a good idea to confirm this one way or the other.

Correct, the camera must be on to charge the attached REDMOTE.
