Changing Sound TC through FCP

Is there anyone out there that knows how to change your Audio TC on a self contained QT using FCP?

You can edit a lot of your meta data within your Logging Information in FCP, although you can not change your Sound TC column.
Is there another column that has to be modified to enable the Sound TC column to be changed...?
