Changing ownership US to UK?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place....

I was wondering that if I were to buy a 2nd hand Scarlet/Epic from the US (or elsewhere)... Could I make the change of ownership in the UK?

Jay,

As long as the original owner instigates the process, then yes, we can do that here in the UK.
The camera must return to either the US office or the UK office for evaluation.
