Am I right in assuming that I can just pick up some off the shelf high speed CF cards for this camera or do I need something more proprietary? I shoot weddings and the Scarlett seems like a dream come through. The two main issues for me is cost of media and low light (which already seems covered). Thanks.

As for Scarlet, noone knows @ the moment.
We'll have to wait and see.

But REDs cards have been very competitively priced. They are Lexars high-end cards, but have (according to hints and whatever) gone through an extra QC.

Cinemano have used the standard Lexars (I think) Ask him.
@ 100MB/sec, there are currently no cards available...

I mentioned in another thread that red will no doubt give us better CF cards in 2009, something like ultra fast 20gigs for $150... I hope so at least, I would love one of those for my DSLR...
