Censor Issues

Hey there Guys


I'm having a problem with my RED scarlet, I have attached a screenshot of what i am talk ing about, I cant seem to find a support email on the site so i thought Id hit the forum.

Firmware Build 4 v4.0.18


I have ran the calibration for black balance and motion and i did subside for a few minutes but then returned while shooting. but i fear it may be a censor issue.


Any help would be amazing.

Looks similar to this problem I had with a rental camera. I never heard back from the rental house other than to try and say it was anything other than a camera problem. http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?103560-Is-there-a-setup-file-that-I-don-t-know-about

I thought you were having censorship issues, not sensor issues

Nuke the firmware, report findings.
